Point of sale display

A new concept display unit designed to attract customers to ice cream fridges in convenience stores across Australia. The low visibility of the ice cream fridges makes it difficult to self promote the product at the stores.

The proposed concepts developed in collaboration with Vanguard Marketing in Sydney consist of a modular system made of metallic pipes with organic shapes and easy to assemble. The metallic pipe frame can be taken apart for easy transportation and assembled at the shop. The top pipe section of the frame incorporates a series of holes that are used to hold multiple panels with marketing material and product information including pricing, new products and specials.

The panels are made of lightweight laser cut plastic with clips to attach the panels to the frame. The posters are attached to the plastic panels using velcro discs for easy removal and installation. The panels come in multiple shapes and sizes for a flexible layout configuration.

The new design make the fridges stand out from the shelves around it without compromising the visibility, corridors or safety at the shops.
