If you are developing your website or catalogue don’t take the photography of your product yourself. Unless you have some knowledge on photography and lighting, the final image might demerit the quality of the product.
From lifestyle photography to on-site photography, I make use of professional equipment to capture the quality your products in an appropriate format with a turnaround of 3 to 5 working days depending on the project.
I will provide you with high resolution images for posters or catalogues and low resolution for your website. Some of the photography projects I have worked on include:
Gulliver Jam Jewellery: Jewellery is a perfect example of products that require professional photography in order to show the quality of the product. Because of the reflections and colours of this type of product special considerations should be taken for the lighting, camera and equipment used.
Adori Leathergoods: Details and textures shown on leather products are only appreciated by looking at the physical product or a good quality photo. To demonstrate this visit this company's website and check the quality of their products.
Pamilli body products: Good quality product deserves good quality photography and Pamilli products are a good example of this. From the photography of their new packaging to the photography of their existing products, the images were used to promote the company at Trade Fairs and retailer's websites.
Lemongrass product photography: Given that this company's products work in a fashion and style way, professional photography was required for the company's catalogue, adverts, packaging and website.
Bear Feet Impressions photography: Bear feet Impressions professionally frames baby or childs hands and feet castings. In order to avoid the reflection of the flash on the glass of the frame, professional photography equipment and lighting was required. The images are displayed at the company's website.
Vitrasa product photography: With more than 100 products all made out of glass and metal some interesting and appealing image quality was achieved by using professional equipment for the photography. The images were used on their website and catalogue.
Glamourflage product photography: A series of photos were taken of individual products, group shots and product sets.
Tools product photography: These photos were taken with a wide angle lens since the products are quite large and the details on the labels and colours were important for the client.
Handbag hangers product photography: Group and individual product photos were taken of this company's products. It was required to capture the "chrome" finish in each model.
Haute baby products: Group photos and individual shots were taken with reflective background to provide the idea of stylish and luxurious. One of the photos was used to develop a detailed diagram outlining each feature of the product.
Herbon photography: Lifestyle and group photos were taken of small and bulky items such as buckets. The images were used for the design of a new brochure.
Permafrost product photography: Individual shots of 3 digital frames were taken and other images were superimposed to show the product in use. A special requirement for this project was to enhance the acrylic transparency on one of the product models without using any background.
Rocket toys product photography: A series of photos were taken with a girl to show the products in use and incorporate them into the new packaging design. Photos of single items were also taken for this company.
Toscana Olives product photography: The photos taken for Toscana Olives were used on the design of their new website and brochures.
SAYAK product photography: Glamorous and classy product photography taken for the Sayak's silver jewellery collection. More images available at their website: www.sayak.com.au
The best way to describe the use, applications and reasons to buy your product is to show your customers how to use it or how it would look in the environment it is intended to use. Lifestyle photography captures a moment in time when your product is in use. Lifestyle photography is widely used for products where fashion and look is important. Lemongrass understand this and that is why they make use of this type of photography so often. More lifestyle images are displayed at the company's website.
If you have a store where you retail your products or services you might want to invite your customers by using photos of your shop that will properly capture the environment of the location. This type of photography was used to show images of Maple's shop on their website.
