

This tutorial will explain you how to modify any pages of your website using the content management system (CMS) from Xpressions design. The topics covered are:
1. How to log in
2. How to change your password, the page title, description and keywords
4. How to insert text, preview your changes and publish the page
6. How to insert an image
7. How to log out
In your website you will find a "open cms" logo at the bottom of the page. On this tutorial, the logo looks like this:
Click on the logo (scroll down this page) and you will see a pop up message that prompts you for your username and password. For the purpose of this tutorial enter = USER: admin, PASS: admin
Click OK. A toolbar will show up at the top of the page. This tool bar consists of 2 sections: the admin section (blue) and the editor section (gray) .

On the admin section (blue area) you can change the title of your page (displayed at the top of your browser), the page description (forund in the search engines results) and the keywords. You can also edit your username and password by clicking on the USER MANAGER tab. When you click you will be propted with a menu that looks like this:

If you want to add a new user click on the link below the table. If yu want to change your password just click on Edit and you will be taken to another section where you can change your password. NOTE: You will not be able to change any of these setting from this tutorial.
Once you are logged in you will notice that the text area of this page is surrounded by a black border. Click anywhere in the text and modify it.
Once you modify the text, remember where the modification is and click on PREVIEW PAGE tab located at the top of the admin section (blue section)
This will give you a preview of the page before you publish it to the web. You will also see a small icon on the top left side of your screen. Click on the icon to keep editing the page.
When you are happy with your changes click on PUBLISH PAGE in the blue section of the admin area. NOTE: You will not be able to save your changes on this tutorial.
To insert images click on the area where you want to insert your image. In the editor section look for the icon that looks like this:
Click on the icon. A pop up menu will appear and ask you for the location of your image:
Click on Browse Server Button, open the folder called EDITOR and select the sample image called "BOX". A preview will be presented to you on the Image properties dialogue box. Change the Height and width of the image as required nd click OK. The image will be inserted and look something like this:

With the image selected, use the paragraph icons to align the image to the right, left or centre.
When you finish editing the page click on the logout button at the top of admin section (blue section)
